Company Formation
PropEx provides new developers with company formation services in different jurisdictions and supports registering these entities with Dubai Land Department (“DLD”) and Real Estate Regulatory Authority (“RERA”) as developers.
Project Registration
PropEx supports developers in registering their real estate projects with DLD and RERA. We represent the developer while coordinating with project consultants and different departments at DLD for smooth project approval.
Sale Admin and Oqood Registration
PropEx provides comprehetnsive services relating to the SPA signing process on behalf of developers, dealing with sales agents and customers and registering the sold units in the DLD’s Oqood system.
Customer Care Services during the Construction Phase
PropEx provides developers with complete ease of mind when it comes to customer service activities. We represent the developer while communicating with the customers for all their requests and regularly update them on development progress.
TAS Support during the Construction Phase
PropEx specializes in providing complete finance support to developers with respect to their book-keeping, managing and uploading their project inflows and outflows on DLD adopted TAS system. We represent the developer in any discussion with the escrow banks and DLD for smooth cash flow management.
Collection and DLD Termination
PropEx deliver complete collection services to developers. This includes periodic follow-ups with the customers through multiple channels of communication and managing the SPA termination process as per the laid guidelines by DLD, if required.
Project Completion Services
PropEx offers expertise to developers during their project completion phase covering final project inspection, project closure on TAS system and processing and issuing title deeds from the DLD system.
Project Handover Services
PropEx manages the complete project handover activities from handling all handover communications to buyers, arranging customer viewings, coordinating with development team on snagging the units to final unit handover of keys and other documentation to buyers.
